A FINE ARTS APPROACH TO VISUAL COMMUNICATION
The College of Humanities, Fine Arts, and Communications at Lewis University invites students to expand their horizons in communication, interactive media, entertainment technology, visual and performing arts, the humanities, and art therapy. This dynamic curriculum fosters artistic growth and prepares students for graduate studies, professional careers, and a lifelong engagement with the arts.
In the Department of Art and Design, students will refine their visual communication skills across core art disciplines while exploring art principles, concepts, methodologies, and the healing power of art therapy. Work closely with talented faculty and peers in state-of-the-art studios to master techniques, enhance analytical and evaluative skills, and build an impressive portfolio.
By integrating creative expression with therapeutic practices, Lewis University’s Art Therapy degree empowers students to make a difference through art in diverse settings.
